Tender Darling Downs Angus beef rib is slow-braised with bacon, onion and red wine until beautifully rich and full of flavour, then topped with golden puff pastry.
Served with buttered mashed potato, broccolini, carrots and a rich beef jus, it’s everything you want from a great pie… just taken up a notch.
